More about us →
01

Authorized Partner status

Accredited by Zoho, with direct escalation into Zoho support and edition-level licensing detail behind our advice.

02

One delivery team, in India

Everything is delivered by our own certified team in Ahmedabad — no subcontracting, engineering depth without inflated cost, and a working-hours overlap with African clients.

03

End-to-end ownership

One team from discovery through migration, training and support. No handoffs between a sales promise and a delivery reality.

04

Business-first approach

We understand your process before touching the software — because a system that mirrors a template gets abandoned.

How a project runs with us

Six stages, the same every time, whether the engagement is four weeks or four months. You always know which stage you are in and what is expected of your team.

STAGES 1 AND 2 ARE THE DECISION POINT

Nothing is chargeable until you have a written scope and a fixed price in front of you — and the scope is yours to take elsewhere.

Start at stage one
01

Discovery call

Free · 30 min

We ask what is broken and what you have already tried. You leave with an opinion on the first move, engaged or not.

02

Scoping workshop

0.5–2 days

A paid session with the people who do the work. Output is a written scope, phase boundary, effort estimate and a fixed price.

03

Sandbox build

Week 1 onwards

Configuration and development in a sandbox, reviewed with you weekly. Nothing is built for two weeks without you seeing it.

04

Your team tests it

Before go-live

Real deals, real invoices, real records — run by your own staff, not a demo script. Migrations get a trial run and a reconciliation report.

05

Cutover and floor support

Go-live week

An agreed freeze window, then hands-on support through the first full cycle — the first month-end, the first payroll run, the first stock count.

06

Adoption review

8 weeks after

We track usage for eight weeks and re-train where a team has quietly stopped logging in. Go-live is a date; adoption is the result.

Ways to work with us

Four engagement models. Most clients start with a scoping workshop or a fixed-scope project, then keep a light retainer.

Scoping workshop

A half-day or two-day paid session that produces a written scope, effort estimate and fixed price. Yours to keep, even if you take it to another partner.

Best for unclear requirements Commitment one session
MOST COMMON

Fixed-scope project

A defined implementation, customization, integration or migration at a fixed price against written scope, invoiced by phase rather than up front.

Best for a known outcome and date Commitment 2–12 weeks

Support retainer

A monthly block of consultant hours for changes, new reports, user questions and admin cover, with a defined response time and no minimum term.

Best for life after go-live Commitment rolling monthly

Dedicated Zoho resource

A named certified consultant or Deluge developer working to your backlog for an agreed number of days per month, inside your own sprint rhythm.

Best for continuous roadmaps Commitment 3 months minimum

Indicative budgets: a focused single-product implementation typically runs $2,500–$6,000 of consulting effort; a multi-department Zoho One rollout with migration and training runs higher. Zoho licence costs are separate and paid directly to Zoho — we will tell you the edition you need and no more. Ask for an indicative range for your situation.

What an Authorized Zoho Partner changes for you

Partner status is not a logo. It is an accreditation from Zoho, current product certifications, and accountability to Zoho for how the work lands. Five places you feel the difference:

WHERE IT SHOWS
WITH A NON-ACCREDITED SUPPLIER
WITH XL POINT
Platform escalation

A public support queue, and you are the one chasing it while your go-live slips.

Genuine platform issues escalate through a partner channel — and we own the chasing, not you.

Licensing and cost

You buy what the pricing page suggests, and discover the cheaper edition a year later.

Edition and seat modelling before you commit. The conversation regularly ends with fewer seats than you expected.

Roadmap awareness

Custom code written for a feature that ships natively next quarter.

We know what is coming, so we wait where waiting is cheaper than building.

Certification

Self-taught competence you cannot verify, on the products that matter most.

Current Zoho product certifications, verifiable with Zoho directly if procurement asks.

Accountability

One invoice is the only thing tying the supplier to the outcome.

Our accreditation depends on delivery quality across every client — that is what matters on a difficult week.

Ask us the awkward question

Two references in your sector, and the last project that went badly. Any partner worth hiring will answer both.

Our story, in three beats

01

What we kept seeing

Businesses that had bought the right software and got the wrong outcome. Licences paid for, modules half-configured, and a sales team quietly back in a spreadsheet.

02

What we built instead

The practice those companies should have found first: an accredited Zoho team in Ahmedabad, delivering with its own permanent staff — no subcontracting, no offshore handoffs.

03

How we work now

Every engagement starts by mapping how the business actually runs, before anyone opens a settings page. Most of our work arrives by referral, in India and Africa.

“The software was never the problem. The process mapping had never happened.”

Why we exist, and what we are aiming at

We are deliberately a specialist firm. Everything below follows from that one choice.

OUR PURPOSE

Make the Zoho investment actually pay

Nobody buys software for its own sake. We convert licences into faster follow-up, cleaner books, shorter onboarding and decisions made on real numbers.

OUR AIM

Be the Zoho partner SMEs recommend to each other

Most of our work already arrives by referral. We would like all of it to — a harder target than growth, and a better one.

HOW WE MEASURE IT

Adoption, not go-live

A project is not finished when the system is live. We track usage for eight weeks and re-train where a team has quietly stopped logging in.

Six capability areas

Most clients engage us in two or three of them, in sequence rather than all at once.

SALES

Sales and customer operations

Pipeline design, territories, quoting with approval control, SLA-driven follow-up, and website capture through SalesIQ.

Zoho CRM · SalesIQ · Desk
FINANCE

Finance and compliance

Zoho Books · Invoice · Expense
PEOPLE

OPERATIONS

Delivery & onboarding Training Client success

You meet all three during scoping

There is no account manager between you and the people doing the work, and no handoff between a sales promise and a delivery reality.

The wider team

Certified CRM and Books consultants, Deluge developers, a data engineer for migrations, and a trainer who produces the recorded walkthroughs. Every project gets a named lead and a named second, so absence never stalls your go-live.

Are we a good fit for you?

We turn down work that we would deliver badly, and we would rather say so on a website than three weeks into a project. Read the right-hand column as seriously as the left.

WHERE WE DO OUR BEST WORK

Say yes if this sounds like you

10–250 people, owner-managed or mid-market

Big enough that process pain costs real money, small enough that one accountable owner can make decisions in a week.

One department to get right first

You are willing to land phase one properly rather than switch on twelve apps at once.

A named internal owner with a day a week

Someone with decision rights who will test the build. Projects without one drift regardless of the partner.

A process that is genuinely yours

Field service, project work, regulated compliance, multi-site stock — where a standard stage list does not fit.

You want documentation and training, not dependency

Our target is that you can add a field without calling us.

WHERE WE ARE THE WRONG CHOICE

We will refer you instead

You need general IT support

Networks, devices, email hosting and helpdesk are not what we do. A local managed-service provider will serve you better.

You want an accountant or payroll bureau

We configure Zoho Books and Payroll; we do not file your accounts or run your payroll for you.

You are committed to another platform

We do not build on Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or NetSuite. Hire a specialist in that platform.

You need a body on site every day

We are remote-first, with visits by arrangement. If daily on-site presence is the requirement, we are not it.

You want the cheapest possible quote

Fixed price against written scope, with documentation and training inside it. There is always someone cheaper who omits both.

What makes us different

Four claims, each with the thing you can check before you sign anything. Ask us for the evidence on the right — every one of them is producible on a first call.

01

We document and train, not just implement

Every project ends with role-based documentation and recorded walkthroughs, so a new starter six months later learns the system without calling us.

ASK TO SEE

A redacted handover pack and one recorded walkthrough from a comparable project.

02

We know Indian and African compliance

GST, TDS and Indian payroll for domestic clients; VAT filing, withholding tax and work-permit evidence for African entities.

ASK TO SEE

A VAT return filed from a Zoho Books instance we configured, and the work-permit expiry tracking we build in Zoho People.

03

Depth without inflated cost

A certified architect and Deluge developers on the same project, at a budget that elsewhere buys a part-time generalist. Delivering from Ahmedabad is what makes that possible.

ASK TO SEE

The named lead and second on your project, their certifications, and the day rate behind the fixed price.

04

We connect the dots across departments

A won deal becomes an invoice, a stock movement and a resourcing decision without anyone rekeying it — because we have built across CRM, finance, HR and operations.

ASK TO SEE

A field-ownership map from a live integration, and the failure-alert route we put behind it.

What we commit to, in writing

These four clauses appear in every scope document we issue, whether the project is four weeks or four months. The stage-by-stage process is on the home page.

Terms of engagement
Clauses 1–4 · every scope document
01
Fixed price against a written scope

Not an open-ended day rate. Anything outside the scope is quoted as a written change with its own price and effect on the date — you will not receive a surprise invoice.

02
Early notice when an estimate slips

You hear it the week we know, not on the final invoice. If the cause is ours, the cost of it is ours too.

03
Documentation and admin training at handover

Role-based guides, recorded walkthroughs and a field-and-automation map, on every project. Never an optional line item.

04
A named lead and a named second

Two people know your build, so a holiday or an illness never becomes your delay — and you are never introduced to a new face mid-project.

VALUE 01

Client outcomes first

We measure a project by what changed in the business, not by how many features we switched on.

VALUE 02

Transparent communication

Fixed scope, written estimates, and early notice when something will take longer than we said.

VALUE 03

Long-term partnership

Most of our work comes from clients we implemented years ago. That shapes how we advise on phase one.

Our goals for the next three years

Published so clients can hold us to them, each with the number it is measured against today. Growth in headcount is deliberately not on the list.

Zoho services, from first evaluation to long-term support

Five services that cover the whole lifecycle. Most clients start with consultancy or migration and stay for support.

Which service do you actually need?

Clients rarely arrive asking for a service by name. They arrive with a symptom. Find yours below — and if two lines describe you, start with the higher one.

What you are sayingWhere to startWhat that looks like
“We are paying for Zoho and barely using it.”Zoho ConsultancyA licence review and a phased roadmap — usually fewer apps than you bought, in a different order.
“We have chosen Zoho and promised a go-live date.”Zoho ImplementationSandbox configuration, data load, role design, training and floor support through the first cycle.
“Our process does not fit the standard screens.”Zoho CustomizationCustom modules, blueprints, Deluge automation or a Creator app — after we check no standard feature already does it.
“Someone rekeys the same record into two systems.”Zoho IntegrationField ownership mapped, Flow or API build, idempotent retries, failure alerts to a monitored inbox.
“We are leaving Salesforce / HubSpot / Sage / Tally.”Zoho MigrationSource audit, written exclusion list, trial migration, then reconciliation signed off by your own record owners.
“It works, but nobody maintains it.”Support retainerA monthly block of consultant hours for changes, reports and admin cover — discussed on the call, not a separate service page.

Three typical routes through the five services

Nobody buys all five at once. These are the sequences we see most, with the phase boundaries we recommend.

ROUTE A · NEW TO ZOHO

Evaluate, then land one department well

  1. Consultancy — product fit, licensing, phased roadmap
  2. Implementation — one department live in phase one
  3. Integration or customization only once phase one is trusted
Typical span 6–10 weeks to first go-live
ROUTE B · LEAVING ANOTHER PLATFORM

Design the target before moving the data

  1. Consultancy — decide what to rebuild versus retire
  2. Implementation — configure the target system first
  3. Migration — audit, trial run, freeze window, reconciliation
Typical span 7–12 weeks including parallel running
ROUTE C · ALREADY ON ZOHO, STUCK

Fix adoption before adding anything

  1. A short review of the existing configuration and usage data
  2. Customization or integration for the two or three real blockers
  3. Role-based retraining, then a retainer for the backlog
Typical span 2–5 weeks, then rolling

Included in every service, at no extra line item

These are delivery standards, not upsells. If a quote from anyone omits them, ask why.

Sandbox first, always

Nothing is configured or scripted directly in your live account. Every change is reviewed in a sandbox and deployed deliberately, with a rollback path.

Written documentation

Role-based guides, a field and automation map, and an admin handbook. Written for the person who joins six months after we leave.

Recorded walkthroughs

Short screen recordings of the tasks each role does daily, so nobody has to sit through the same training twice or hunt for a person to ask.

A named lead and a named second

Two people know your build. Holiday, illness or a busy week never becomes your delay, and you are never introduced to a new face mid-project.

Least-privilege access

Named accounts with the minimum rights needed, removed at project close. Sample data anonymised. We sign your DPA or work to ours.

You own everything we build

Configuration, Deluge scripts and Creator apps live in your Zoho account under your ownership. No wrapper platform, no licence to us, nothing that stops you leaving.

What we will talk you out of

A scope is as much about exclusions as inclusions. These come up in most scoping workshops, and the honest answer is usually no.

Switching on all of Zoho One at once

Twelve apps arriving in one week is how systems get abandoned. One department, trusted, then the next.

Custom code for a standard feature

If a native setting or a roadmap item covers it, we say so — even when building it would be billable work for us.

Migrating everything “just in case”

Dead records, duplicate accounts and eight years of stale notes cost money to move and make the new system worse. We propose an exclusion list in writing.

Two-way sync where one direction will do

Bidirectional sync doubles the failure modes. Most “both systems need it” requirements are one owner and one reader.

Outside our scope

We are a Zoho specialist, not a general IT firm. We will refer you rather than pretend.

— Acting as your accountant or payroll bureau
— Building on Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or NetSuite
— General IT support, networks, devices or email hosting
— Website design outside Zoho forms, SalesIQ and Creator portals
— Reselling third-party marketplace extensions we have not tested

Questions procurement and IT ask us

Commercial and practical questions about engaging us. Product-level questions are answered on each service page.

Who owns the Zoho subscription — you or us?

You do, always. Licences are bought in your own name and paid directly to Zoho, so your data and your billing relationship stay yours. We advise on the edition and seat count; we do not sit between you and your subscription.

Can you take over a half-finished implementation from another partner?

Yes, and it is a common request. We start with a configuration review — what exists, what is safe to keep, what should be rebuilt — and give you that assessment in writing before proposing work. We do not disparage the previous partner; we just tell you what we found.

What access do you need to our systems?

Named user accounts with the minimum privileges the task requires, plus read access to the source system for a migration. No shared logins, no admin credentials in email, and all our accounts are removed at project close. Sandbox work uses anonymised samples wherever the real data is sensitive.

How are changes to scope handled mid-project?

Small items that fit inside the estimate get absorbed and noted. Anything larger is quoted as a written change with its own price and effect on the date, and you decide whether it belongs in this phase or the next. You will not receive a surprise invoice.

Do you work with our in-house developers?

Often. We can architect and review while your team builds, or split the work by module. In that model we insist on a documented field-ownership map and a shared naming convention up front — that is what keeps two teams out of each other's way.

How do you handle time zones for African clients?

Our working day is 09:30–18:30 IST, which gives a five- to seven-hour overlap with the African business day and near-full overlap with East Africa. Workshops, reviews and training are booked in the afternoon-IST window so they land in your morning, and every session is recorded.

What is in every case study

We publish the same six things for every project, including the baseline. If a number cannot be traced back to something we measured at the start, it does not appear.

The situation before

The actual working practices we found — spreadsheets, paper, duplicate entry — described specifically enough to recognise.

Everything we built

An itemised list of configuration, automation, integrations, documentation and training — not a vague summary.

The week-by-week plan

The real delivery timeline with its review points, so you can see how a project of this shape is sequenced.

Before-and-after measures

Baseline and outcome side by side. Where we could not measure a baseline, we say so rather than estimating one.

How the result was verified

Parallel runs, reconciliation reports, rehearsal audits and client sign-off — the evidence, not the assertion.

What we handed over

Documentation, recorded walkthroughs and admin training, so the client can extend the system without us.

How these projects run

Every engagement above followed the same four stages. The stage lengths change; the sequence does not.

Discovery on site

We watch the current process in use — the counter, the warehouse bay, the month-end close — before configuring anything.

Build in a sandbox

Weekly reviews with the people who will use it. Nothing reaches production before your team has clicked through it.

Parallel run and reconcile

Old and new run together for one period. Counts, balances and records are reconciled and signed off before switch-off.

Handover and support

Role-based training, recorded walkthroughs, written configuration docs, then floor support through the first cycle.

Industries we work in

Most of our work is with businesses between 10 and 250 people in India and Africa, where one system has to serve several departments at once.

Zoho CRM vs Salesforce: which is right for your growing business?

A cost-of-ownership comparison for a 40-user business, including the three-year model most vendors avoid — plus the six questions to answer before you choose either.

What is in every guide

These are written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us. Each one carries the same four things, because that is what makes an article worth the reading time.

A short version up front

Three takeaways before the detail, so you can decide in thirty seconds whether the rest is relevant to you.

Real numbers and comparisons

Indicative costs, timelines and before-and-after figures drawn from projects we have actually delivered.

A checklist you can act on

Steps you can work through internally, without a consultant and without buying anything first.

Honest limits

Where Zoho is the wrong answer, and where a tool you already own is better. We would rather say it here.

Browse by what you are trying to do

Most people arrive here with one of four jobs in mind. Start with the cluster that matches yours.

Have a question we have not written about?

Send it over. If it is a question other businesses are asking, we will answer it properly and publish it — and we will answer yours directly either way.

Want this applied to your setup?

We are an India-based Authorized Zoho Partner working with clients in India and Africa. A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell you what to do first — and we will say so if the answer is "not yet".

Tell us what you are trying to fix

Five fields are required. The more you can say about the symptom, the more useful the first reply will be.

We reply within one business day. We will not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone. Prefer to talk first? Book a call instead.

Thanks — we will be in touch within one business day.

A consultant reads it first, so the reply will be about your situation rather than a brochure. If it is urgent, WhatsApp us on +91 99040 16707 or book a slot directly.

Schedule a Call

What happens after you get in touch

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them. Nothing is chargeable until you have a written scope and a fixed price in front of you.

WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY

A consultant replies

Not an auto-responder and not a salesperson. Usually with one or two questions that change what the first call should cover.

30 MINUTES, FREE

Discovery call

Video or phone, in your working hours. You leave with an opinion on what to do first — including if that is nothing yet.

2–4 BUSINESS DAYS

Indicative range in writing

A short note with the approach, the phase we would start with, a cost range and the licence implications. Free, and no obligation.

ONLY IF YOU WANT IT

Scoping workshop and fixed price

A paid half-day or two-day session producing the written scope and fixed price. Yours to keep, whoever ends up building it.

Bring these to the first call

None of it is mandatory. Each one makes the thirty minutes materially more useful.

The spreadsheet or workaround the process actually runs on today

Which Zoho apps you already pay for, and roughly how many users

The other systems in play — accounting, warehouse, eCommerce, payroll

One number you want to move, and what it is today

Any deadline that is already promised to a customer, board or auditor

The person who runs the process — not only the person sponsoring the project

Before you ask

Is the first call really free?

Yes, and so is the written indicative range that follows it. The first chargeable step is a scoping workshop, and by then you will know exactly what it costs and what it produces.

Who will I actually speak to?

One of the three directors on the first call, and the named consultant who would lead your build before you commit. There is no account manager between you and the people doing the work.

Can you work with us if we are outside India?

Yes. We work remotely with clients across Africa as well as India. Workshops, reviews and training are booked in the afternoon-IST window so they land in your morning, and every session is recorded.

Will you sign an NDA or complete our supplier form?

Happily — send it with your enquiry. We will also sign your DPA or work to ours, and we can provide company registration details, insurance information and references on request.

We are mid-project with another partner. Can we still talk?

Yes. A configuration review tells you what exists, what is safe to keep and what should be rebuilt — in writing, before anyone proposes work. Sometimes the right advice is to finish with your current partner.

Do you help buy the Zoho licences?

We advise on the edition and seat count, and you buy in your own name directly from Zoho. Your data and billing relationship stay yours, and nothing about our involvement is a condition of your subscription.

Still deciding whether it is worth a call?

Read a project shaped like yours first. Nine case studies with the baseline we measured, the work delivered and how the outcome was verified.
